How we train.

At Raeden, our “Full Body Split Emphasis Training” is designed to allow an individual to train more effectively and smarter. In theory it seems nice to focus on one muscle group per day during your workout, but in reality, major muscle groups should be trained more frequently by dividing up loads and volume through multiple sessions makes it far easier to recover and do everyday movements!

Raeden Fitness classes will be available 5 days a week!

Mondays: 7:30 PM

Tuesdays: 6:00 PM

Wednesdays: 7:30 PM

Thursdays: 6:00 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM
